MotoGP 24 – Full Review – (THE BEST MOTOGP GAME!)

Hi guys and welcome back to another dot race video! Today, we’re going to be reviewing MotoGP GP 24. But before we dive into the review, I want to extend a massive thank you to Premier comms and Milestone for providing me with a code for MotoGP GP 24. I’ve had the privilege of experiencing a week’s Early Access, allowing me to accumulate 20 hours of gameplay to deliver the most comprehensive and honest review possible.

20 hours of excitement. 20 hours of fun. All condensed into the review you’re about to read today. So, without further ado, let’s delve into the review!

Gameplay and Physics

When it comes to any motorcycle racing game, gameplay and physics are crucial factors to consider. The essence of the game lies in how enjoyable it is to ride the bikes. In MotoGP GP 24, the physics and feel of the bikes are incredibly satisfying. Having spent over 3 hours playing MotoGP 23, I was initially apprehensive about the future of the physics in MotoGP GP 24. However, to my relief, the physics in the latest installment are exceptional.

I found it incredibly easy to pick up and play, with no major issues. One minor adjustment I had to make was being a bit more cautious with the throttle on corner exits to prevent the front wheel from lifting up. While the ride height device is crucial in the Premier class, there is still a slight possibility of the front wheel lifting during acceleration. However, the pickup effect that was prevalent in MotoGP 23 has been significantly reduced in MotoGP GP 24.

For those familiar with Moto 3 and Moto 2 bikes, which were particularly affected by the pickup effect, you’ll be pleased to know that it has been completely eliminated. You can now accelerate fully mid-corner without the bike standing up vertically. Personally, I enjoyed the pickup effect, and it’s a tad disappointing to see it diminished in MotoGP GP 24 to cater to the broader player base.
